I’ll try my best to explain what bento or obento is, but please bare with me, I normally speak in jibba jabba jibberish and can’t be understood by anyone with human language skills, lol.

Bento is a Japanese word that normally refers to a neatly packed lunch, normally for one person but may vary depending on occasion, and is very much like an American lunchbox lunch on ‘riods. See, in Japan there’s a certain status that comes with a ‘cute’ or very elaborate and artistically packed bento box. Japanese mothers and, yes, even wives have a big job on their hands preparing an elegant lunch that isn’t only delicious, but is also delicious to look at, too.

A properly packed bento box should be a sight to behold, and bento is, make no mistake, a form of high art - until you’ve seen cheese turned into lace you won’t understand what I mean, lol. I’ve also heard that your bento should contain the bento ratio of 4-3-2-1, a ratio you’ll have to hear elsewhere until I can confirm it’s existance, thank you so very much.

A bento box is what we cheifly need, and there’s more coming about that soon, as for now I must fly away and finish my theme!
