    I’ve always loved hard boiled eggs, especially when I’m on a low carb diet. Just because it contains a lot of protein, as well as fill me up. It took me a while though to learn how to boil them the perfect way :)

    I have such an odd way of boiling eggs, I use a steel water kettle and line the entire bottom with eggs (so they’re all touching and they can’t bounce around too much!) then fill it up to an inch over their little bald heads with water and TONS of kosher salt, then I put them on and wait til boil (whistling kettle). I open the kettle spout to stop the whistling and let them cook another 6 minutes – come out perfect every time!
